A true Texas native and a local “Austinite” of over 40 years; I have seen this city grow tremendously and become one of the most desirable places to live in the nation. People are drawn to Austin for its beautiful scenery and communities, the lakes, as well as the friendly and vibrant culture.
As a very proud wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend; my personal and business relationships are so very important to me, that my Clients end up as some of my dearest friends! The greatest compliment I can receive is a referral from any of my relationships. I am blessed that my real estate business has been built on referrals by building trust and confidence in knowing that my goal is to take impeccable care of my clients and make the real estate process seamless for them. I also take pride in assisting other Agents with their Client referrals moving to the Austin area.
I grew up in nearby Taylor, Texas, and enjoyed the small-town atmosphere where I participated in UIL sports: tennis, and basketball, and was a Taylor Duck Hi-Stepper. After attending The University of Texas at Austin and just like so many Austinites, I never left! For the past 25 years, I have been helping Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Austin Area with enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity, and high-level expertise, and pride myself on delivering a 5-Star VIP customer experience. By deploying a compelling customized “high-touch meets high-tech” approach to the real estate process, I help my clients successfully navigate the increasingly dynamic and challenging residential, luxury, and investment real estate markets.
Back Story: In my first year in Real Estate, I was recognized as the Keller Williams Realty-Austin (KW) 1998 City-wide Rookie of the Year and Statewide Rookie of the Year Runner-up. Since beginning my real estate career, I have been recognized by Leadership as a consistent top 5% Agent Performer and Top Producer; served on the Keller Williams-Agent Leadership Council (ALC); KW Luxury Homes International Division-Board Member and Director of Membership for and CEO and Team Leader of 500+ agent office.
Prior to joining the real estate community, I served as a Vice-President at Frost Bank and Texas Line-of-Business Manager of 16 branches for the School Savings Program which was nationally recognized by “The White House” as a National Model in the banking industry.
I have taken that experience with corporate positioning and negotiating, financial management and budget analysis, and advertising and marketing and put that knowledge to work for my Real Estate Clients; helping them to make sound decisions when buying or selling their personal homes and investment properties. I also am a published contributor to Everything You Need to Know about Austin and Country Club Community.
